Payroll Administrator

Location: Lytham St Annes

Hours: 25 hours Part time (over 5 days)

Salary: £17,000-£18,000

Temporary - Fixed term for 6 months

We are looking for an immediate Payroll Administrator to join a 'Top 100' best companies to work for based in Lytham St Anne's.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Timesheet and overtime calculation
  • Dealing with queries, response and form completion
  • Absence management, including holidays and statutory payments
  • Earning administration
  • Management and administration of employee benefits such as pensions, childcare vouchers, cycle scheme, medical insurance and P11d

What we are looking for in you:

  • Knowledge of PAYE including P11d
  • Strong excel skills (including V look ups, formatting and calculations
  • Payroll software experience
  • Excellent strong and written communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Attention to details
  • Motivation, enthusiastic and a team player
