Our client is a fantastic company based in Bolton, established over 20 years ago they are now a complete leader in their industry. As a service provider, they are renowned for offering specialised/tailored service to each of their customers, always from a highly knowledgeable and experienced team.

Due to huge growth with the company we are actively looking for a Relationship Manager to join the business, to manage Key Account and new customers being onboarded. This role will rely on impeccable organisation, exceptional customer service and be suited to a forward-thinking individual who understands how to oversee and improve the level of service within a business


  • Working closely with Business Development Managers - onboarding new customers, welcome calls, establishing systems and processes and creating a partnership going forward
  • Working closely with internal Managers, Directors, Sales to achieve results
  • Maintaining close working relationships with Key Accounts, attending regular review (either face to face or telephone conference)
  • Managing customer expectations and SLA's
  • Challenging current business processes to improve overall customer experience and focus on meeting/exceeding their expectations
  • MI Analysis - producing and analysing to meet customer SLA's, reviewing trends and proactively addressing and improving service levels
  • Continuously driving change to improve customer journey/experience, sharing improvements with Managers/colleagues
  • Managing customer complains - investigating root cause, taking accountability through to conclusion. Making suggesting to pro-actively prevent further complaints
  • Putting forward improvement plans following complaint/SLA analysis, ensuring feedback and process changes

Experience required:

  • Previous Key Account/Relationship/Customer Management is absolutely essential
  • Experience in Law/Solicitors/Medico-Legal/Legal environment - dealing with cases - clinical negligence/personal injury/serious injury is ESSENTIAL
  • Professional, confident and assertive - to deal with issues and resolve
  • Use of initiative and extremely pro-active in driving change
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to build and develop relationships
