Based: Chorley

Salary: £14,000 - £18,000 dependent on experience

Four are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their exclusive client based in Chorley. Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, growing company with excellent opportunities in the future in the wider business.

Role:

  • Making calls to customers/clients to assess their needs and offer advice
  • Managing emails, actioning and processing any documents coming through
  • Logging information on the system - including contracts and important documents
  • Full office administration - assisting the wider team with filing and ad-hoc duties
  • Allocating and progressing documents allocated to yourself
  • Assisting the team ensuring the business and team operate efficiently
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure documents are correct

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative/Office role is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent customer service, organisation and data entry is required
  • Time Management, enthusiasm and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills & good telephone manner
