Payroll Administrator - Part Time

Based: Warrington

Salary: up to £20k dependent on experience (pro-rata)

Our client is a family ran company ran and set up by a 'Big 4' qualified Director who is extremely supportive of their staff. The business have gone from strength to strength and are now looking for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to assist them with their payroll duties over at their Warrington office

Hours are extremely flexible to suit and can be split over times/days to suit the candidate

Role:

  • Supporting payroll team with on-going projects
  • Processing payrolls for approx. 120 clients
  • Handling changes in order to reflect client requests
  • Adhering to payroll policies and procedures
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Honouring confidentiality of employees' pay records
  • Producing payroll reports for record-keeping purposes and managerial review
  • Providing optimal client satisfaction by dealing with all queries in a timely and professional mannervia e-mail and telephone
  • Liaising with HMRC on a regular basis
  • Proficient use of excel
  • Daily management of workload by planning and prioritising in order to meet to deadlines
