HR Administrator

Location: Salford Salary: £19000.00 - £21000 per annum

An opportunity to join a global company as a HR Administrator has arisen. You will be a key member of the HR team, providing essential administrative support, to ensure a high level of service is delivered to the organisation.
Some responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, including incoming calls, email and visitors to the office
  • Responsibility of new starter paperwork including offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks etc
  • Input new starter information on to the HR/Payroll system
  • Provide regular MI reporting
  • Provide general HR advice and guidance when appropriate and direct issues to other team members when necessary
  • Support with recruitment, including advertising vacancies and ensuring all vacancy paperwork is completed
  • Support with the administration on ad hoc HR projects
