HR Administrator / Receptionist

Location: Burnley Salary: £18000 - £20000 per annum


I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator / Receptionist to join a market-leading business based in Burnley.


Some of the duties that you would be involved in are:

  • Updating HR records and the HR database
  • Sending out HR letters and other paperwork
  • Ensuring contractual changes are processed accurately
  • Co-ordinating sickness and absence
  • Co-ordinating performance reviews
  • Updating organisational charts
  • Assisting with the payroll


As well as being an integral part of the HR team you will be required to provide support on the reception desk - meeting and greeting, taking and directing calls and other administrative duties.


If you have just completed a degree or apprenticeship and are looking to start a career in HR this is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business. Alternatively my client is happy to consider someone that already has some HR experience but are looking to further their career.
