HR Administrator

My client based in Rossendale is looking for a HR Administrator who is self-motivated with the ability to use their own initiative.

Reporting to the HR Team Leader you will be providing generalist HR administration support to the team.

Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:

  • Posting job adverts
  • Supporting with the shortlisting process
  • Arranging interviews
  • Processing new starter paperwork
  • Handling contractual changes
  • Carrying out the leaver process
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries

This role will be slightly recruitment biased therefore the successful candidate will ideally have the ability to communicate at all levels with confidence.

Applicants should have strong administration experience and have a positive can-do attitude.

The salary will increase in increments at the following stages of employment 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 5 years.
