Training & Development Coordinator

Location: Bolton Salary: £17000 - £20000 per annum

My client based in Bolton are looking to recruit a Training and Development Coordinator to cover Maternity Leave.

The duration of the contract is expected to last over a 9 month period.

This is a fantastic role for someone who already holds existing HR experience or someone who has a real interest in developing a career within HR.

This is very much a generalist role; below is a brief summary of the role responsibilities:

  • Processing new starters, leaver and contractual changes
  • Managing the probationary review process
  • Notetaking
  • Supporting with the recruitment process
  • Booking training and identifying training needs
  • Carrying out inductions
  • Collating payroll data
  • Adhoc HR administration
  • Supporting with relevant HR projects

The successful candidate should be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail.

Ideally candidates will have worked within administrative role previously.
