Immediatly Available HR Administrator

Location: Manchester Salary: £18000 - £22000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for an immediately available HR Administrator to join growing company based in Manchester.

This is a generalist and varied role where you will be required to support the wider HR team and get involved with some exciting project work.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Updating employee records in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring the HR database is accurately maintained and up to date
  • Creating and updating contracts of employment
  • Providing first line HR support, dealing with general enquiries, such as routine policy and procedure advice
  • Support the wider team with various projects and liaise with line managers

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards, with experience within a similar role or within a similar office environment with the willingness to learn and develop.
