Recruitment Administrator - Part Time

Location: Lytham St. Annes Salary: £15000 - £16500 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join a well established business based in Lytham, initially on a temporary basis. This role requires the successful candidate to work part time hours - 25 to 30 hours per week.

Some of the key duties will involve:

  • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates for a variety of vacancies
  • Administration for the recruitment system
  • First point of contact for all recruitment enquiries
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies

To be considered for this role it is preferable if desirable that you have experience in recruitment or HR.
