Learning & Development Administrator

Location: Warrington Salary: £20000 - £25000 per annum

My client based in Warrington is looking for a permanent, full time Learning and Development Administrator to join their team reporting to the Learning & Development Business Partner.

As L&D Administrator, you will responsible for the following: -

  • Managing all aspects of the Learning Management System;
  • Be the first point of contact for all L&D related queries;
  • Provide reporting;
  • Coordinating and booking of training;
  • Liaise with external training companies;
  • Supporting the new starter onboarding process;
  • Support L&D Project work;
  • Carry out adhoc administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Candidates should be IT literate and have experience working to deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about pursuing a career in L&D. Previous experience within this area would be beneficial but not essential.
