I joined Four around five years ago. The business was set up by by brother and sister in 2008, so it was great to join the family business.
I am associate director heading up the Four HR division and leading the team. I remain involved in the day to day recruitment, primarily focussing on senior HR recruitment across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. I recruit for businesses across a variety of sectors and sizes. Prior to working at Four I worked in HR myself and am fully CIPD qualified – it is this sector knowledge that we feel differentiates us in the HR recruitment market. In 2014 I won the MYTA Talent and Recruiter of the Year and in 2015 I won the MIMA Talent and Recruiter of the Year.
Why Four?
Its a great working environment – especially our new offices, we work long hours so it makes a massive difference to have an environment and facilities like this. The training and support from the management team is fantastic and it is a great team to be a part of. The commission structure is hugely competitive and there are so many other rewards on offer for hitting team and individual targets – my most significant to date was when I broke my personal biggest ever month in November 2015 and chose a prize of £300 worth of foreign currency that I was able to use for my January break in Tenerife!

When I completed my CIPD qualification I was in the top five in the country (out of nearly 500 people) and as a result won Business Student of the Year at Wigan and Leigh College. I'm expeciting my first baby this Christmas, so looking forward to that new adventure too.
