People Manager - 12 months FTC - hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Manager to join a well-established organisation going through a period of significant change. This is a great role for a driven and ambitious HR professional looking to gain exposure to all areas of HR.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Partnering with Business Leaders to fully understand their remit, and to effectively support with all people related matters
  • Leading on complex ER cases
  • Taking accountability for the resourcing strategy, ensuring effective management of both permanent and casual recruitment
  • Driving performance through identifying effective learning initiatives
  • Leading on initiatives to drive a culture of continuous improvement in areas such as colleague engagement, absence management and attrition
  • Working in collaboration with colleagues to understand business challenges and identifying solutions
  • Supporting with internal succession planning

My client is looking for an experienced HR professional, ideally with experience gained in a service based environment. If you are CIPD qualified this will enhance your application.
