Salary: £20,000-£24,000

We are working with a great client based in Bolton who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team on a 9-12 month contract basis to start in the New Year.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Invoices
  • Processing expenses claims
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Management of weekly and monthly payments forecasts
  • Liaising with the Purchasing department - setting up payment plans for suppliers
  • Manage Credit enquires
  • Maintenance of records
  • Preparation of Sub Contractor returns
  • Management of Purchase Ledger accounts and transactions
  • Credit Control support when required

What is required from you:

  • Strong Office Excel skills
  • Credit Control Experience
  • Purchase Ledger Experience
  • Experience in Sage
