Accounts Administrator

Based: Westhoughton, Bolton

Salary:up to £19,000 dependent on experience

Our client is a fantastic business based on the outskirts of Bolton. A progressive company that continues to go and a well-recognised name in their sector. They provide fantastic services throughout the UK and continue to grow since their establishment over 15 years ago.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis

Role:

  • Purchase Ledger duties daily
  • Processing invoices, authorising and inputting to accounts system
  • Dealing with queries daily
  • Dealing with petty cash internally
  • Preparations of sales invoices
  • Credit control duties - chasing debt daily
  • Filing - invoices, credit notes etc.
  • General upkeeping duties in the office
  • General administration in the Accounts office - assisting further 2 staff members with any required duties

Experience

  • Accounts experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of Purchase Ledger
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
