Our exclusive client based in Bacup are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with great attention to detail to join their finance team. Job Description:

  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Processing of delivery notes
  • Maintaining existing account details
  • Processing of Imported goods documents etc
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Payment allocation
  • Balancing of accounts with cash book
  • Filing invoices
  • Data entry
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Processing Month-end Procedure
  • General admin

Ideally you will:

  • Have 18 months+ experience in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Have experience of dealing with the full end to end process
  • Have experience of building relationships with suppliers
  • Ability to work as part of a team
