Senior HR Advisor

I am currently supporting a fast-growing and forward-thinking business with their search for a Senior HR Advisor. This is a true generalist role where you will gain some fantastic exposure. Working as part of a wider people team you will play a key part in delivering an effective HR service in compliance with company policy and employment law. This role is initially being recruited on an 18 month FTC.

Below is an overview of the things you will get involved in:

  • Supporting the business through a period of change post-integration
  • Talent attraction
  • Delivering inductions for new starters and ensuring an efficient onboarding process for new starters, as part of a wider retention programme
  • Leading on absence management
  • Supporting with the administering of employee benefits, liaising with external providers
  • Preparing information for payroll
  • Internal succession planning
  • Working with Managers to implement a learning strategy for employees
  • Supporting with performance management
  • Advising Managers on all areas of employee relations
  • Driving a variety of HR projects alongside the BAU HR

My client is looking for an experienced HR professional who is able to hit the ground running - generalist HR experience along with experience of change management would be ideal, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively off your own initiative.
