Four Recruitment Group
Late in 2011 the Four Recruitment Group was created to allow for the growth planned for the next few years. Whilst our background has always been in financial recruitment we totally believe that if we apply the same principals and quality focus to other specialist sectors then there is no reason why the Four brand can not be a similar success in other areas. Feedback from clients is that there are other niche areas that are crying out for the sort of service we offer. This expansion into others sectors can only be achieved by finding the right people to lead these businesses; 2012 should see the launch of our third division, Four HR. Four Financial
Four Financial is the one that got it all started, this business works with companies large and small across the Lancashire and Greater Manchester region recruiting accounts people (finance professionals) ranging from entry level trainee and ledger positions through to senior director roles. The experience we have within the team enables us to know how to tailor our service to the requirements of your business. In addition to this having several offices dotted across the area, the latest addition being Manchester ( which has opened in Jan 2012 ) gives us the local knowledge and presence that is essential to service the needs of our clients and candidates. Whether recruiting a permanent addition to the team or something more short term we will be able to help, each consultant has a very defined area that they look after both geographically and by level – clearly an experienced Financial Director needs someone handling their job search in a different way than someone at the beginning of their career.
Four Practice
Our other business Four Practice utilises Al Mcleans unrivalled experience recruiting within Accountancy Practices and advisory firms. Al has for many years built up a brilliant reputation forging relationships with small independents through to the top 4 UK firms. Four Practice is either a preferred supplier or a regular source of candidates for most of the UK`s top ten Practices.
