So here's a list of commercially focused benefits designed to deliver on just that and to ease the burden of recruitment and, we hope, attract a long-term client relationship rather than just filling a single vacancy brief.
Four Payment Plan
With Four you don't even have to pay the recruitment fee in one lump sum. With our Four Payment Plan you can pay over four instalments with no interest costs just a small administration fee. What's more, if the candidate we place leaves your employment within the first 16 weeks then we'll look at their replacement free of charge.
If you'd like to extend our 16 week guarantee to a full year, you can add the equivalent of recruitment insurance to the fixed fee at the outset.
We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients. If we fill Four vacancies within a year then we'll knock 50% off your fourth recruitment fee, thats it, simple, no strings attached.
Four offers a range of added-value 'Extras' that we continue to review and adapt with regular candidate and client input. This includes psychometric testing, in house training, networking events and management consultancy services.
