Opportunities to progress:

As a young and growing company, the consultants who work hard and get results will have the opportunity to become team leaders as the business takes on more people. Long term the Four Group plan to expand into new sectors other than Finance, Practice and HR, this will need motivated, ambitious and hard working consultants to drive the success of these new ventures. Plans to open new offices in new locations will go ahead with our consultants who aspire to run their own branch.



We are a director lead company; trainee consultants benefit from theoretical training from our operations director Phil and hands on mentoring from our sales director Claire. We have an extremely supportive team who are always keen to assist in the personal growth of all our trainees in order to further the success of our business as a whole. Consultants partake in group role plays, one on one shadowing sessions and regular team meetings. All potential consultants are psychometrically tested at interview stage to ensure they have the right qualities to succeed in recruitment, this also allows us to tailor the training to suit you and how you learn best. Our Finance Director Paul also provides us all with support technically for the trickier finance stuff!
