An opportunity has come up for a HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a growing business based in Manchester, initially on a 12 month FTC basis.

What does the role involve?

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, both face to face and on email, liaising with an external employment law consultant as and when needed
  • Managing and maintaining employee records and processing variation to contracts as and when required
  • Managing the onboarding administration for new employees, including obtaining references and carrying out screening
  • Carrying out HR administration processes, assisting the wider team, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures
  • Supporting the recruitment process, coordinating the candidate's journey and planning ways in which to attract the best talent for the business
  • Facilitating learning and development activities for employees
  • Supporting with a variety of HR projects and initiatives

Who would be the right fit?

The successful candidate for this role must have relevant experience, but there is an opportunity to broaden your skills and experience with this role. My client is looking for someone that has a positive and can-do attitude, along with a real passion and enthusiasm for HR.
