HR Manager

Employment Type: ContractLocation: MacclesfieldSalary: £38000 - £42000 per annum

A vacancy has arisen for a HR Manager to join a company based in Cheshire, initially on a 12 month FTC basis. This is a stand-alone and true generalist role where you will provide comprehensive HR support to Managers across all areas including talent and recruitment, employee relations, performance management and employee engagement.

Below is an overview of the things that you will take responsibility for:

  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process, keeping up to date with changes and developments
  • Supporting Managers with the recruitment, selection and talent planning process
  • Supporting Managers in devising a learning plan
  • Producing reports on HR metrics with analysis
  • Leading on a variety of people-related initiatives
  • Supporting the organisation through periods of growth and change

The successful candidate for this role will be a true generalist with strong employment law knowledge. A CIPD qualification is preferable, along with the a proven track record in building effective stakeholder relationships.
