HR Manager

Employment Type: ContractLocation: BlackburnSalary: £52000 - £55000 per annum

I am currently partnering with a successful business based in the Blackburn area, in their search for a HR Manager. This role is initially being recruited on a 12 month FTC basis. This is an exciting role where you will work as part of the leadership team to deliver the people strategy. Reporting into the Company Director you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Reviewing and updating existing HR policies and processes
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Coaching managers on all area of HR, ensuring consistency and fairness, upskilling in relation to dealing with HR issues
  • Supporting Managers in overseeing absence and performance issues
  • Organising training and development for employees
  • Leading on talent attraction and retention
  • Driving engagement and wellbeing within the business
  • Looking at employee benefits
  • Using the HR system to analyse data, identifying trends and producing reports for Managers
  • Line Managing the HR Advisor
