A good client of ours is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to their team on a permanent basis. This position has come up due to continued growth and profitability within the company.
In order to be considered you will need to have good administration skills and a fantastic telephone manner. Some of the duties are as follows:

  • Sales invoicing
  • Manipulating data from one system to another
  • Complying with customer requirements when invoicing
  • Creating invoices, processing invoices then adding to the system
  • Dealing with Customers over the phone and email
  • Dealing with and resolving queries


  • Confident
  • Computer literate
  • Adaptable
