Full Time, Permanent

Up to £19,000 per annum - depending on experience


Four Recruitment have partnered with an established Claims Handling company to aid them in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to work in their Main office in Bolton.

The Role

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Speaking to claimants, insurers and internal staff throughout the process to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a professional but friendly approach to people in stressful situations
  • Offering guidance and advice on the claim process
  • Ensuring all information is kept confidentially in line with company policies
  • Handling multiple cases at any one time and self-organising to see them all through to the end.

Essential Requirements

  • MUST HAVE - A high standard of customer service
  • MUST HAVE - Strong data entry skills with the ability to accurately record conversations quickly
  • Work well within a team and support others as and when needed.
  • Positive attitude.
  • 2 years' experience within a similar claims handling related role ideal
