Four Recruitment are proud to be working along-side a well-established Engineering manufacturer business to aid in their search for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to work in their main facilities/ offices in Eccles.

The business themselves have built an enviable reputation within the process industry for the level of service, knowledge and satisfaction they have from their clients. Their service is invaluable to the people they supply and you will be a key component in keeping their Customer Service and satisfaction levels at the high level they are used to.

The Role

Within the small Customer Service focused team you will carry out the following duties:

  • Co-ordinate all activities related to providing effective customer service
  • Record and report on the progress of customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders
  • Compile information in order to respond to customer queries
  • Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments and management
  • Produce and record Certification/Documentation
  • Process invoices, purchase and customer orders and associated documents
  • Input financial and statistical reports as requested
  • Answer telephone calls and take on reception duties when required


  • MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years working within a Customer Service focused role
  • MUST HAVE the ability to record and input information quickly and efficiently with little to no mistakes
  • Be presentable and professional
  • Be a generally positive and upbeat person


A well-established Manufacturer and supplier are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to carry out general Customer Service focused duties within their main Office / Facilities in Eccles, Manchester. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, paying up to £24,000 dependant on experience and includes other benefits such as Pension/ Free parking/ Canteen facilities/ Games Room & Company events throughout the year.
