HR Administrator

Location: Wigan Salary: £18000 - £19000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a well-established business based in Wigan. This is initially a temporary role for 5 months and the successful candidate must be available to start at short notice.

Some of the responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Processing new starters
  • Ensure reference checks and all right to work checks are completed
  • Collating exit interview data
  • Amending contracts of employment
  • Liaising with payroll in relation to employee data
  • Co-ordinating probationary reviews
  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Note taking during HR meetings

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have relevant HR Administrator experience and are able to hit the ground running. Good IT skills and the ability to work off your own initiative are also essential for this role.
