Office Administrator

Location: Cheadle Salary: £20000 - £22000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join a business based in Cheadle. This is a permanent role where you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Taking calls, directing as appropriate and taking messages
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming deliveries, including office supplies
  • Ordering stationery and other office supplies
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Updating employee and training records
  • Managing diaries and booking travel and transport
  • Supporting department Managers as necessary

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator who is able to hit the ground running. Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are both essentials for this role.
