Customer Support Advisor

Location: Wigan Salary: £18000 - £20000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join a service sector business based in Wigan. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all support requests are responded to and fulfilled in line with contractual agreements. Some of the key areas of responsibility are included below:

  • Dealing with incoming customer support requests
  • Recording customer requests on then CRM system
  • Processing quotes, estimates and proposals for customers
  • Raising invoices
  • Producing reports as requested by customers
  • Supporting with the allocation of resource to fulfil customer requirements
  • Attending and participating in relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required

The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate exception customer service skills, having ideally worked in a service support role within the IT or telecoms sector, although other backgrounds may be considered. Strong IT skills and the ability to work off your own initiative are essentials for this role.
