HR Administrator

Location: Bolton Salary: £16000 - £18000 per annum

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be taking responsibility for the followin

  • Providing a general administrative support function within the HR Department
  • Coordination of the recruitment process from application to offer, then administration of the on boarding process
  • Acting as an initial point of contact for policy queries in the HR Inbox and managing email responses
  • Administration relating to Company procedures and employee relations matters
  • Drafting documents and correspondence including letters and references
  • Producing standard HRMI reports e.g. headcount, absence, turnover
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects
  • Managing the starters and leavers processes
  • Calculating and administering temporary and permanent contractual amendments
  • Maintaining HRIS information
