Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Bolton Salary: £20000 - £24000 per annum

We are currently working with our client who are based in Bolton and work in the service sector who are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their Customer Service team. The business are a growing company and this role is a full time permanent role position working in a call centre environment.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to:

  • Managing a team of 10-15 Customer Service Advisors
  • To be responsible for analysing and reinventing business processes to support the operation and to encourage continuous improvement
  • Implement routine 121 coaching sessions with all team members, as well as motivational team briefings to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • To be responsible for the training of the Customer Service team and ensure adherence to procedures is carried out
  • To build, maintain and positively influence a cohesive and motivated Customer Service team, providing leadership and support to colleagues and peers
  • Undertake recruitment and performance management as required
  • To accurately forecast, plan and organise appropriate staffing levels within the team whilst ensuring operational efficiency is maintained
  • Work closely with the Operations Support team to identify geographical requirements for appointment bookings

The ideal candidate must have experience of managing a team, exceptional communiation skills, be customer focussed and experienced in problem solving.
