Job Title: Graduate Project Administrator

We are recruiting for a dynamic and forward-thinking company based in Bolton, committed to delivering exceptional projects and services to their customers. Due to growth of the business, they are looking for a motivated Graduate Project Administrator to join their team.

As a Graduate Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the project team in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a project administration role and develop a broad range of skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the project team with all administration tasks related to inputting orders.
  • Reactive Service Calls: Provide administrative support for reactive service calls, including liaising with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Resource Monitoring: Help monitor resource utilisation and assist in allocating suitable resources to projects.
  • Timesheet Management: Collate and manage timesheets for project team members.
  • Communication: Assist and support Engineers and Subcontractors through telephone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  • Documentation: Ensure all required project close-out documents are obtained and filed appropriately.
  • Data Management: Manage details of incoming customer interim systems and update actions as necessary.
  • Progress Tracking: Track and report on overall project progress.
  • Order Processing: Handle the processing of orders and provide administration support for the sales department.

  • Qualifications: Recent graduate or College Leaver
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
