HR Advisor - full or part time

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BurySalary: £32000 - £35000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing business located in the Bury area. Working as part of a wider HR team you will be responsible for providing HR and employment law support to a variety of stakeholders.

Below is an overview of the things you will get involved in:

  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance process, supporting with investigations and appeals
  • Advising on restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
  • Supporting with performance and absence issues
  • Drafting HR documents, containing recommendations and outcome letters
  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Coaching Managers and delivering training
  • Advising Managers in relation to employment law updates
  • Supporting with a variety of HR projects

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have some generalist HR experience at the advisory level, along with a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude and being passionate about delivering exceptional customer service are essential for this role.
