HR Advisor

I am currently partnering with a client of mine based on the Fylde Coast in their search for a HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team this is a truly generalist role where you will be part of an organisation going through a huge amount of positive change.

Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:

  • Coaching Managers through ER cases
  • Advising on HR policy and process
  • Supporting with a variety of change projects
  • Produce reports on HR data for Management
  • Internal communications across the business
  • Supporting with the employee lifecycle from starter through to leaver
  • Identifying areas for improvement and rolling out

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have some previous experience working as a HR Advisor. Strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage a busy workload are essentials for this role.
