My client, an innovative and market-leading global business are currently on the lookout for a commercial HR Business Partner to join their growing team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with external clients who are seeking global expansion, ensuring they receive a world class service, in a true generalist capacity.
You will be an integral part of the People division, adhering to industry best practice, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to devise and implement new and innovative solutions for clients. In addition to this you will work with the Global HR Director to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
To be successful for this role these are some essentials:
- Proven experience at the Business Partner level or at Consultant level across multiple clients
- EMEA experience
- Proven track record in devising and implementing HR solutions
- Outstanding communication skills
- Passionate about your own personal development
This role can be worked remotely, with occasional travel to work collaboratively with others in the business.
