I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a Part Time PA / Office Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business based in the Preston area.

Below is an overview of the key things you will support with:

  • Providing an efficient, effective and confidential service to Executive Team
  • Being the first point of contact for the Executive Team
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings
  • Booking and arranging travel and transport
  • Organising events
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the office, managing incoming correspondance
  • Supporting with internal communications

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous PA experience. Being well organised, proactive and having excellent attention to detail are all essentials for this role.
