System Support Officer (Graduate)

Location: Bolton Salary: £21000 - £25000 per annum

Salary: up to £25k dependent on experience.

Temporary role for up to 3 months with permanent opportunities in wider business. Immediate start essential (Wednesday 29th May)

Our client is a fantastic, global business extremely well known in their sector. They are looking for a sharp, dynamic graduate to join an operating division of their business in a Project Support role. The business are going through some exponential growth and implementing a number of projects/systems company-wide so this person will be assisting the Project Managers and wider company divisions with the implementations.

Role:

  • Facilitating the new system implementation throughout the business, training end users and suppliers of uses
  • Driving compliance and contributing to the delivery of business benefits and driving system optimisation UK wide
  • Liaising with Senior Directors and Managers throughout the UK ensuring effective delivery and support to teams
  • Liaising with suppliers ensuring new system streamline and adhering to industry standards
  • Supporting ongoijng training through preparation and delivery of training materials, presentations and creating a structured development programme
  • Supporting and leading classroom and virtual training programmes for the platform
  • Supporting and creating reporting and MI, providing supportive analysis to internal team and wider business
  • Reviewing usage statistics and compliance data to drive best practive adoption for new system
  • Engaging current development on tools, technology and training across UK and Ireland platform
  • Providing full support to the procurement systems technical team

Experience:

  • Ideally you will be educated to degree level with 12 months post degree experience
  • Experience of system implementations and training highly desirable but not essential
  • Customer focused, articulate, strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Excellent IT and Excel skills - essential
  • Comfortable with ad-hoc travel to London site when required
