HR Consultant Advisor

I am currently supporting a business in Lancashire with their recruitment for a HR Consultant Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team you will work on the following:

  • Advising a variety of clients with all HR issues, including employee relations, resourcing, pay, benefits and performance/absence issues
  • Updating HR policies, processes and employee handbooks for clients
  • Facilitating conversations with employees
  • Supporting with more strategic HR projects
  • Conducting HR compliance audits
  • Delivering HR training to Line Managers

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a vast exposure to all areas of HR.

The successful candidate will have previous HR experience, gained either internally or from working with a variety of clients, and will have excellent communication skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships.
